  • 1 cup cucumber chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup olives sliced
  • ½ cup red onion sliced

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
