  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 ripe mango diced
  • ½ red onion finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
