  • Zucchini – 2 medium cut into fry-like sticks

  • Cornstarch – 2 tbsp

  • Paprika – ½ tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – ¼ tsp

  • Vegan mayo – 2 tbsp

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
