Ingredients
  

  • 2 plant-based chicken breasts about 200g
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp vegan BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Prepare the glaze.
  2. Mix vegan BBQ sauce, garlic, smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Coat the vegan chicken.
  4. Brush the glaze generously over the plant-based chicken breasts.
  5. Heat the pan.
  6. Add olive oil over medium heat.
  7. Cook.
  8. Pan-sear vegan chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side.
  9. Add extra glaze.
  10. Pour remaining sauce into the pan until sticky and glossy.
  11. Finish.
  12. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
