Ingredients
  

  • 2 plant-based chicken breasts about 200g
  • 2 tbsp vegan Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp vegan parmesan
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Make the creamy mix.
  2. Combine vegan Greek yogurt, vegan parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the vegan chicken.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the plant-based chicken breasts.
  5. Heat the pan.
  6. Add olive oil on medium heat.
  7. Cook.
  8. Pan-sear the coated vegan chicken for 5–6 minutes each side.
  9. Thicken.
  10. Let the sauce bubble and cling to the vegan chicken.
  11. Finish.
  12. Top with parsley and chili flakes before serving.
