Ingredients
  

  • 200 g plant-based ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup spring onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Heat the pan.
  2. Warm 1 tbsp olive oil and add 200g plant-based ground beef.
  3. Add aromatics.
  4. Stir in garlic and ginger.
  5. Make the sauce.
  6. Mix soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  7. Glaze the beef.
  8. Pour the sauce into the pan and cook until glossy.
  9. Finish.
  10. Add spring onions and sesame seeds.
