  • Basmati rice rinsed: 1 cup (180 g)
  • Vegetable broth: 2½ cups 600 ml
  • Olive oil: 1½ tablespoons
  • Lemon juice: 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon zest: 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic minced: 3 cloves
  • Dried oregano: 1 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme: ½ teaspoon
  • Black pepper: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Bay leaf: 1
  • Fresh parsley chopped: 2 tablespoons

Method
 

  1. Add rinsed rice evenly to the crockpot.
