Ingredients
  

  • 2 plant-based chicken breasts about 200g
  • 3 tbsp vegan yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp tandoori masala
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Prepare marinade.
  2. Mix vegan yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, tandoori masala, cumin, coriander, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the vegan chicken.
  4. Rub marinade generously onto plant-based chicken breasts.
  5. Rest.
  6. Let it sit for 10 minutes for deeper flavor.
  7. Heat the pan.
  8. Add olive oil over medium heat.
  9. Cook.
  10. Grill vegan chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until charred and aromatic.
  11. Finish.
  12. Garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of lemon.
