Method
- Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sugar in a bowl.
- Place chopped almonds in a shallow dish.
- Heat skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Dip each bread slice into egg mixture, coating evenly.
- Press each coated slice into almonds, covering both sides.
- Place slices onto skillet.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Remove and serve warm.
