Ingredients
  

  • 4 plant-based pork chops
  • ½ cup apple cider
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Heat vegan butter in a pan on medium.
  2. Place plant-based pork chops and cook 4 minutes per side.
  3. Mix apple cider, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour glaze into the pan.
  5. Simmer 3–4 minutes until thick and shiny.
  6. Flip chops to coat fully.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
