  • pinch salt

  • tablespoons chopped pecans optional
  • tablespoons granola optional

  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Scoop
  • Meal Prep Jars
  • Tray
  • Freezer
  • Refrigerator

Method

  1. Whisk milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until fully blended.
  2. Stir in chia seeds and diced apple until evenly mixed with no dry clumps.
  3. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes, stir again, then divide into jars.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight until thick, creamy, and perfectly spoonable.
  5. Stir before serving. Add extra milk for a softer texture and finish with desired toppings.

Notes

For a softer pudding, stir in additional milk before serving; for a thicker consistency, increase the chia seeds slightly. Freeze individual jars for longer storage and thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Assemble toppings just before eating for the best texture. Customize with pears, raisins, nutmeg, or chopped nuts. Store refrigerated for up to 5 days.
