Apple Walnut Kale Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups kale chopped
  • 1 apple sliced
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Add chopped kale to a large bowl.
  2. Massage kale lightly to soften texture.
  3. Add sliced apple and walnuts.
  4. Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
  5. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, and honey.
  6. Pour dressing over salad.
  7. Toss everything evenly.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve immediately.
