Baked Brie with Fig Jam and Almonds Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Vegan brie wheel: 1 8 oz
  • Fig jam: 1/3 cup
  • Almonds sliced, toasted: 1/4 cup
  • Olive oil: 1 tsp
  • Fresh rosemary optional: 1 tsp, chopped
  • Baguette or crackers: for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking dish with parchment.
  2. Place vegan brie wheel in dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake 12–15 minutes until softened and gooey.
  4. Warm fig jam in saucepan for 2 minutes until spreadable.
  5. Remove brie from oven, spread jam on top.
  6. Sprinkle toasted almonds and rosemary if desired.
  7. Serve immediately with sliced baguette or crackers.
