Ingredients
  

  • Vegan cream cheese: 8 oz
  • Vegan ranch dressing: ½ cup
  • Buffalo hot sauce: ½ cup
  • Vegan mozzarella shreds: 1 ½ cups
  • Garlic powder: 1 tsp
  • Onion powder: 1 tsp
  • Fresh parsley chopped: 2 tbsp

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, garlic, and onion powder.
  3. Stir in 1 cup mozzarella until evenly mixed.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with remaining mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with chips or veggies.
