Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Mix flaxseed powder with water and rest five minutes until gel forms.
Combine plant-based chicken mince, breadcrumbs, flax gel, garlic, onion, seasoning, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast.
Add olive oil and mix gently until evenly combined.
Shape mixture into equal-sized meatballs, about one tablespoon each.
Arrange on tray with space between each piece.
Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway for even browning.
Remove once firm and lightly golden.
