  • 3 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • ½ tsp chili flakes optional
For Garnish
  • Fresh herbs
  • Lemon wedges

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set to 400°F (200°C). Channel your inner chef and light a candle while you wait.
  2. Prep the “Pork”: Toss seitan or tofu in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Make the Herb Butter: In a bowl, combine melted vegan butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and chili flakes. Whisk well.
  4. Assemble Like a Pro: Arrange the “pork” in a baking dish. Brush generously with the herb butter mixture.
  5. Bake to Glory: Bake for 20 minutes, flip, brush again, and bake another 10 minutes until golden and sizzling.
  6. Serve & Slay: Drizzle extra herb butter on top, garnish with fresh herbs, and squeeze a little lemon for brightness.
