Ingredients
  

  • Salmon fillets: 4 6 oz each
  • Brown sugar: ¼ cup
  • Soy sauce: 3 tbsp
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp
  • Garlic minced: 2 cloves
  • Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper: ½ tsp
  • Sea salt: to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with foil.
  2. In saucepan, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Place salmon fillets on sheet. Brush glaze generously over fillets.
  4. Bake 18–20 minutes, basting once halfway, until salmon flakes easily.
  5. Serve hot, drizzled with extra glaze.
