Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with foil.
- In saucepan, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Place salmon fillets on sheet. Brush glaze generously over fillets.
- Bake 18–20 minutes, basting once halfway, until salmon flakes easily.
- Serve hot, drizzled with extra glaze.
