- Mash banana in a bowl until smooth.
- Add eggs and whisk until combined.
- Stir in protein powder, oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Add milk and mix until batter forms.
- Heat pan over medium heat and add oil or butter.
- Pour small portions of batter onto pan.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip.
- Cook other side until golden.
- Serve warm.
