Ingredients
  

  • Banana – 1 large mashed
  • Eggs – 2 large
  • Vanilla protein powder – 1/4 cup
  • Oat flour – 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk – 2 tablespoons
  • Oil or butter – 1 tablespoon

Method
 

  1. Mash banana in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add eggs and whisk until combined.
  3. Stir in protein powder, oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  4. Add milk and mix until batter forms.
  5. Heat pan over medium heat and add oil or butter.
  6. Pour small portions of batter onto pan.
  7. Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip.
  8. Cook other side until golden.
  9. Serve warm.
