  • 2 large onions thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups shredded vegan cheese

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet; caramelize onions over medium heat, 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  3. Spread BBQ sauce evenly over flatbread.
