Ingredients
  

  • Flatbreads – 2
  • Rotisserie chicken – 2 cups shredded
  • BBQ sauce – 1/3 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup shredded
  • Red onion – 1/2 thinly sliced
  • Cilantro – 2 tablespoons chopped
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
  3. Place flatbreads on a baking tray and brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spread BBQ chicken evenly over each flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Add sliced red onion evenly.
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and edges crisp.
  8. Remove from oven and garnish with cilantro.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
