Ingredients
  

  • Plant-based beef strips — 14 oz
  • Cooked jasmine rice — 2 cups
  • Broccoli florets — 2 cups
  • Carrots sliced — 1 cup
  • Soy sauce — 3 tbsp
  • Maple syrup — 2 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar — 1 tbsp
  • Garlic minced — 2 cloves
  • Ginger grated — 1 tsp
  • Sesame oil — 1 tsp
  • Cornstarch — 1 tsp
  • Water — 2 tbsp
  • Green onions — ¼ cup

Method
 

  1. Heat sesame oil in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; cook 1 minute.
  3. Add plant-based beef strips and cook 5 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli and carrots; cook 4 minutes.
  5. Mix soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, water, and cornstarch.
  6. Pour sauce into skillet and stir thoroughly.
  7. Cook 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  8. Divide cooked rice into serving bowls.
  9. Spoon teriyaki mixture over rice.
  10. Garnish with green onions.
