Method

Notes

For a softer pudding, stir in additional milk before serving. For a thicker texture, increase the chia seeds slightly. Freeze sealed jars for up to one month and thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Stir gently before serving for easy assembly. Customize flavor with lemon zest, cinnamon, vanilla bean, or mixed berries. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to five days.
