Ingredients
  

  • Salmon fillets: 4 6 oz each
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp
  • Paprika: 1 tsp
  • Chili powder: 1 tsp
  • Cumin: ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder: ½ tsp
  • Onion powder: ½ tsp
  • Salt: ½ tsp
  • Black pepper: ¼ tsp
  • Corn tortillas: 8 small
  • Cabbage shredded: 2 cups
  • Fresh lime juice: 2 tbsp
  • Vegan sour cream: ¼ cup
  • Fresh cilantro: 2 tbsp chopped

Method
 

  1. Mix paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Coat salmon fillets with olive oil, then rub spice mix evenly.
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat; cook salmon 4–5 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through.
  4. Warm tortillas in skillet or oven.
  5. Toss cabbage with lime juice and cilantro.
  6. Flake salmon, place in tortillas, top with slaw and vegan sour cream.
