Method
- Whisk eggs, milk, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Heat skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Dip each bread slice into mixture, coating evenly.
- Place slices onto skillet and sprinkle blueberries on top.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes, then flip carefully.
- Cook other side until golden and berries soften.
- Remove and serve warm.
