Ingredients
  

  • Bread slices – 4 thick slices
  • Eggs – 2 large
  • Milk – 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla protein powder – 1/4 cup
  • Blueberries – 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter or oil – 1 tablespoon

Method
 

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Heat skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  3. Dip each bread slice into mixture, coating evenly.
  4. Place slices onto skillet and sprinkle blueberries on top.
  5. Cook for 2–3 minutes, then flip carefully.
  6. Cook other side until golden and berries soften.
  7. Remove and serve warm.
