Ingredients
  

  • 4 plant-based chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon spring onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, chili flakes, paprika, pepper, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Coat plant-based chicken thighs in the glaze.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat.
  4. Place thighs in the pan and cook 4 minutes each side.
  5. Brush leftover glaze while cooking for richness.
  6. Cook until edges caramelize beautifully.
  7. Garnish with spring onions before serving.
