Ingredients
  

  • 4 large carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1 cup canned chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: paprika or cumin for garnish

Method
 

  1. Peel carrots and slice into sticks about 3–4 inches long.
  2. In a blender, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting thickness with water if necessary.
  4. Transfer hummus to a serving bowl and sprinkle paprika or cumin on top if desired.
  5. Arrange carrot sticks around the bowl or serve on the side.
  6. Dip and enjoy immediately for the best crunch and flavor.
