Ingredients
  

  • Rolled oats: 1 cup
  • Chia seeds: 3 tbsp
  • Plant-based milk: 1 1/2 cups
  • Maple syrup: 2 tbsp
  • Fresh berries blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries: 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract: 1/2 tsp
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, chia seeds, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add plant-based milk, maple syrup, and vanilla; stir well.
  3. Fold in berries gently.
  4. Divide into jars, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Stir before serving and top with extra berries if desired.
