  • Granulated sugar – 2/3 cup
  • Egg – 1 large
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Milk – 1 tablespoon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, chia seeds, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Beat butter and sugar until creamy and smooth.
  4. Add egg, vanilla extract, and milk, then mix well.
  5. Gradually combine dry mixture into wet mixture to form dough.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto baking tray.
  7. Flatten slightly for even baking.
  8. Bake for 10–11 minutes until edges turn light golden.
  9. Cool completely before serving.
