  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
