Ingredients
  

  • Vegan chicken substitute shredded: 2 cups
  • Hot sauce buffalo-style: ½ cup
  • Vegan cream cheese: 8 oz
  • Vegan ranch dressing: ½ cup
  • Nutritional yeast: 2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder: 1 tsp
  • Onion powder: 1 tsp
  • Vegan mozzarella shreds: 1 cup
  • Chopped green onions: 2 tbsp

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix vegan cream cheese, ranch, hot sauce, nutritional yeast, garlic, and onion powder.
  3. Fold in shredded vegan chicken substitute.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with vegan mozzarella. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Garnish with green onions. Serve with chips, bread, or veggies.
