Method
- Heat olive oil in a pan on medium.
- Add plant-based salmon fillets and cook 3 minutes per side.
- Remove and set aside.
- Add spinach to the same pan and sauté until wilted.
- Add vegan cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Stir until creamy and smooth.
- Return fillets to the pan and simmer 5 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
