Creamy Spinach Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 plant-based salmon fillets
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ cup vegan cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium.
  2. Add plant-based salmon fillets and cook 3 minutes per side.
  3. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add spinach to the same pan and sauté until wilted.
  5. Add vegan cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  6. Stir until creamy and smooth.
  7. Return fillets to the pan and simmer 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
