vegan chicken-style breasts

cup
unsweetened plant-based milk

tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1
cup
panko breadcrumbs

all-purpose flour

paprika
1
tsp
garlic powder

onion powder
1/2
tsp
black pepper
1/2
tsp
salt
Olive oil spray
Instructions
Mix milk and vinegar to make vegan buttermilk.
Soak the vegan breasts in the mix for 5 minutes.
Combine flour, spices, and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
Dip each breast in the dry mix and coat evenly.
Spray both sides with olive oil spray.
Place into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes.
Flip and air fry for another 10 minutes until golden.
