Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line your loaf pan—pretend you’re Martha Stewart.
Mash bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth (lumps = character).
Add melted oil, sugar, milk, and vanilla to the bananas. Stir like it’s therapy.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Keep it fluffy and judgment-free.
Combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture. Stir gently—this isn’t a gym.
Fold in dark chocolate chunks with intention. Don’t overmix unless you enjoy heartbreak.
Pour batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top like a boss.
Bake for 50–55 minutes. A toothpick should come out clean (except for melty chocolate, obviously).
Let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan. Try not to slice it while it's molten.
