  • 1 4 cup granola adds crunch
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips optional

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Freezer
  • Spatula
  • Knife

Method

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla together in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper for easy bark removal later.
  3. Spread yogurt mixture evenly across the tray into a thick rectangular layer.
  4. Scatter strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, granola, and chocolate chips evenly over the yogurt.
  5. Freeze until completely firm, then break into rustic pieces and serve immediately.

Notes

Freeze longer for crisp bark texture or thaw briefly for softer creamy bites. Avoid stacking pieces without parchment because they stick together quickly. Handle frozen bark carefully since thinner sections melt fast. Customize flavors with mango, coconut, nuts, or cinnamon. Store frozen in airtight containers for two weeks.
