Ingredients
  

For vegan “chicken”:
  • 1 lb plant-based chicken cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
Optional for serving:
  • Lemon wedges
  • Vegan dipping sauce or roasted veggies

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss plant-based chicken cubes in the marinade until fully coated; let sit 10 minutes for flavor absorption.
  4. Thread marinated cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between pieces.
  5. Grill skewers 4–5 minutes per side, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy edges form.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges, roasted vegetables, or your favorite vegan dipping sauce.
