Ingredients
  

  • 4 plant-based salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon parsley chopped
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Mix vegan butter, garlic, lemon juice, pepper, salt, and chili flakes in a bowl.
  3. Place plant-based salmon fillets on a lined tray.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each fillet.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top for crisp edges.
  6. Bake 18 minutes until golden.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
