Method
- Heat the skillet.

- Cook the plant-based beef.
- Add 200g vegan beef crumbles and cook until lightly browned.
- Add veggies.
- Toss in ½ cup sliced mushrooms and stir well.
- Season boldly.
- Add salt, pepper, chili flakes, and 1 tsp lemon juice.
- Finish beautifully.
- Sprinkle 2 tbsp parsley and serve hot.
