Garlic Butter Grilled Corn on the Cob Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears fresh corn husked
  • 3 tbsp vegan butter melted
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk melted vegan butter, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush each ear of corn with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Place corn on grill, turning occasionally, until charred and tender, about 12–15 minutes.
  5. Remove from grill; brush with remaining butter mixture.
  6. Sprinkle parsley on top.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges for brightness.
