  • Red chili flakes – ¼ teaspoon

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil and vegan butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté gently for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add plant-based shrimp and cook for 3–4 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
