Ingredients
  

For the Vegan “Shrimp”
  • Vegan shrimp – 200 g
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 tbsp minced
  • Dairy-free butter – 1.5 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Paprika – ½ tsp
  • Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Pepper – ¼ tsp
  • Parsley – 1 tbsp chopped
For Serving
  • Cooked rice or pasta – 1 cup

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add vegan shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and stir until fragrant.
  4. Melt dairy-free butter into the pan.
  5. Add paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour lemon juice and toss everything well.
  7. Cook for 2–3 minutes until coated and glossy.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve with rice or pasta.
