Ingredients
  

  • Plant-based ground beef — 1 lb
  • Vegan feta cheese — ¾ cup crumbled
  • Burger buns — 4
  • Olive oil — 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder — 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano — 1 teaspoon
  • Salt — 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper — ½ teaspoon
  • Tomato slices — 4
  • Cucumber slices — 1 cup
  • Red onion sliced — ½ cup

Method
 

  1. Add plant-based ground beef to mixing bowl.
  2. Mix garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper into mixture.
  3. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Heat skillet with olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side.
  6. Toast burger buns lightly.
  7. Place cooked patty on bottom bun.
  8. Sprinkle vegan feta over patty.
  9. Add tomato, cucumber, and onion slices.
  10. Cover with top bun and serve.
