Ingredients
  

  • Plant-based chicken pieces — 2 cups
  • Vegan Greek-style yogurt — 1 cup
  • Celery diced — ½ cup
  • Red onion diced — ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice — 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil — 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder — ½ tsp
  • Salt — ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper — ¼ tsp
  • Fresh dill — 2 tbsp

Method
 

  1. Cook plant-based chicken in skillet for 5 minutes if needed.
  2. Place plant-based chicken into mixing bowl.
  3. Add vegan Greek-style yogurt and olive oil.
  4. Add celery, red onion, and fresh dill.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Mix thoroughly until creamy.
  7. Chill salad briefly before serving.
  8. Serve in wraps, bowls, or sandwiches.
