Greek Yogurt Parfait Food Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Vegan Greek-style yogurt — 2 cups
  • Granola — 1 cup
  • Strawberries sliced — 1 cup
  • Blueberries — 1 cup
  • Maple syrup — 1 tbsp
  • Chia seeds — 1 tbsp

Method
 

  1. Place ¼ cup granola into each serving glass.
  2. Add ½ cup vegan Greek-style yogurt over granola.
  3. Add strawberries and blueberries evenly.
  4. Repeat layers with remaining yogurt and granola.
  5. Drizzle maple syrup on top.
  6. Sprinkle chia seeds before serving.
