Ingredients
  

  • Plant-based Greek-style yogurt: 1 cup 240 g
  • Fresh spinach finely chopped: 1½ cups (45 g)
  • Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic minced: 2 cloves
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Nutritional yeast: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: ½ teaspoon
  • Black pepper: ¼ teaspoon
  • Onion powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Chili flakes: ¼ teaspoon

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until aromatic.
  2. Add chopped spinach and cook for 2–3 minutes until wilted and moisture evaporates.
  3. Transfer spinach mixture into a bowl and cool slightly.
  4. Add plant-based yogurt, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, onion powder, and chili flakes.
  5. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste, adjust seasoning, then chill five minutes before serving for sharper flavor.
