Ingredients
  

  • Salmon fillets – 2 6 oz each
  • Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic minced – 2 cloves
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley chopped – 1 tablespoon

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Brush mixture evenly over salmon fillets.
  4. Place fillets on grill, skin side down.
  5. Cook for 5–6 minutes per side until fish flakes easily.
  6. Remove from grill and garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve warm.
