Ingredients
  

  • Ground turkey – 1 lb
  • Kidney beans – 1 can 15 oz, drained
  • Black beans – 1 can 15 oz, drained
  • Diced tomatoes – 1 can 15 oz
  • Onion – 1 medium chopped
  • Garlic – 3 cloves minced
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Chili powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin – 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, then sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
  4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and black beans.
  6. Mix well and bring to a simmer.
  7. Cook for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  9. Serve warm.
