Method
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, then sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and black beans.
- Mix well and bring to a simmer.
- Cook for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve warm.
