Method
- Boil pasta in large pot according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; cook 3 minutes.
- Add 12 oz plant-based ground turkey and cook 5 minutes.
- Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer sauce for 10 minutes.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Drain pasta and add into skillet.
- Toss pasta with sauce until coated evenly.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
