  • Plant-based ground turkey – 300 g
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Onion – ½ cup chopped
  • Garlic – 3 cloves minced
  • Bell pepper – 1 cup diced
  • Sweet corn – ½ cup
  • Black beans – ¾ cup cooked
  • Tomato paste – 2 tablespoons
  • Water – ¼ cup
  • Chili powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika – ½ teaspoon
  • Oregano – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro – 2 tablespoons chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, then sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add plant-based turkey and cook for 4 minutes, breaking it apart evenly.
  4. Stir in bell pepper, corn, and black beans.
  5. Add tomato paste, water, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook for 5–6 minutes until thick and well coated.
  7. Finish with cilantro and serve hot.
