Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C and line a roasting tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix olive oil, rosemary, thyme, sage, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place plant-based turkey on the tray and brush generously with herb mixture.
  4. Pour vegetable broth into the tray to keep moisture balanced.
  5. Cover loosely and roast for 40 minutes.
  6. Remove cover, baste again, and roast for 20 minutes until golden.
  7. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving proudly.
