Method
- Cook the quinoa.
- Rinse 1 cup quinoa and cook until fluffy.
- Prep the vegan beef.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan and add 200g plant-based beef.
- Season.
- Add 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add vegetables.
- Stir in ½ cup bell peppers and ½ cup chopped spinach.
- Boost flavor.
- Add 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, and chili flakes if desired.
- Assemble the bowl.
- Serve seasoned vegan beef mixture over warm quinoa.
